How does delivery work and how much does it cost?

We ship with Nova Poshta to a branch (1-3 business days) or by courier to your address (1-4 business days). The cost follows the carrier's rates. Orders over UAH 2500 to a branch and over UAH 3000 by courier are shipped at our expense. Delivery by Ukrposhta, INTIME and international delivery are also possible; please clarify the details before placing your order.

How can I pay for my order?

Online by VISA and MasterCard cards, on receipt (Ukraine only, Nova Poshta fee of UAH 20 + 2% of the amount), or by bank transfer for wholesale buyers. SWIFT and Western Union are available for international payments.

When are orders shipped?

Orders placed and paid before 2:00 pm are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm, at weekends and on public holidays are shipped on the first following business day.

Can I return or exchange cosmetics?

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", perfumery and cosmetic products and personal hygiene products cannot be exchanged or returned. For any questions about choosing a product, we are happy to advise you before you place your order.

How should I store cosmetics correctly?

In a dry, cool, ventilated room away from direct sunlight. Avoid getting moisture into the bottle or jar. The production date and shelf life are stated on the label. After use, dry handmade natural soap on its edge or in a soap dish with holes.

Why do some oils and butters solidify?

Vegetable oils have different melting points; for example, coconut oil becomes liquid at 22-24 °C. This is normal: hold the jar in a warm place or rub the contents between your warm palms, and the consistency will become soft.

Yes. We work with shops, beauty salons, cosmetologists, SPA centres, hotels, saunas and hammams. We offer large sizes, private label, corporate gift sets and formula development.
