Payment, delivery, returns

1. Online payment by VISA and MasterCard cards (Ukraine and any country in the world).
2. Cash on delivery (Ukraine only), at a Nova Poshta branch or with delivery to your address. The customer additionally pays the Nova Poshta fee: UAH 20 + 2% of the order amount.
3. Bank transfer (Ukraine and any country in the world), for wholesale customers: from your company's bank account or at the cashier's desk of any bank branch.
4. International payments: other options are possible (SWIFT, Western Union, etc.). Contact us for details.

1. Nova Poshta, to a branch. Delivery takes 1-3 business days depending on the destination. The cost follows the carrier's rates. Orders of UAH 2500 or more (after all discounts) are shipped at our expense.
2. Nova Poshta, courier to the address you specify. Delivery takes 1-4 business days depending on the distance. The cost follows the carrier's rates. Orders of UAH 3000 or more (after all discounts) are shipped at our expense.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991 and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19.03.1994, perfumery and cosmetic products and personal hygiene products are on the list of goods that cannot be exchanged or returned.
