The discount is applied automatically after you sign in, no promo code needed. Discounted prices are shown in the catalogue and in the cart.
The more paid purchases in your history, the higher the discount, up to 15%.
For each product separately, the larger discount applies: either the club one or the promotional one. Both are calculated from the regular price and are not added together.
For example, if a product costs UAH 1000, the promotion is 3% and the club discount is 5%, you pay UAH 950. With a 20% promotion and a 10% club discount you pay UAH 800.
The threshold is determined by the current prices of the products, taking promotions into account, before the club recalculation and without delivery. If after the discount the amount falls below UAH 500, you still keep the right to it: a cart worth UAH 500 without promotions is UAH 475 to pay.
The purchase history includes the cost of goods you have actually paid for after discounts, without delivery. If a product cost UAH 1000 and you paid UAH 800, UAH 800 is added.
Cancelled and unpaid orders are not counted, and refunded amounts are subtracted. The accumulated amount is never reset.
From the next order after you have paid for and received the previous one.
Contact us: a manager can transfer an agreed discount to your account and take confirmed previous purchases into account (by phone, in messengers or through a manager). Such a discount is a guaranteed minimum: when your purchase history entitles you to a higher level, that level will apply.
