Butter from the fruit of the shea (karite) tree has a wonderful softening action and is well suited for application to rough areas of skin (hands, elbows, legs, feet and so on) and, of course, for the care of excessively dry facial skin or skin made rough for one reason or another.

Shea butter is especially recommended for uneven, rough, dry, thin, grey and dull and flaking skin, as well as for skin that visibly suffers from a lack of nourishment and moisture.
In addition, karite butter for the face can be used as a rejuvenating and toning product for sluggish, ageing and flabby skin, and in general for mature facial skin that already has wrinkles and other signs of ageing. This is due to its regenerating and repairing properties, as well as the ability of the butter to influence the synthesis of collagen fibres in the skin, which are mainly responsible for its firmness and elasticity.
Shea butter helps smooth shallow and expression wrinkles on the face in the shortest time and noticeably raise the tone, firmness and overall freshness of the skin.
Shea butter also helps protect the skin well from harmful ultraviolet rays and from other equally aggressive environmental influences.
As repeated studies have shown, regular use of karite butter prevents many skin problems, including skin diseases.
