Therapeutic use
For headaches and migraines, compresses with linden hydrolat are useful. In case of sunstroke, for compresses it is recommended to use linden in combination with lavender or German chamomile hydrolat.
Use – Apply the hydrolat to cleansed skin of the face and neck and, without waiting for it to dry, apply a cream or oil; after the bath, and throughout the day, spray the hair.
