Effect on the skin: Juniper essential oil serves as a tonic for oily skin, as well as for a scalp affected by seborrhea. Gets rid of acne rashes, cleanses pores and helps in dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis.
Effect on the mind: Juniper oil clears the mind and strengthens the nerves. Cleanses the aura and helps keep strength of spirit in difficult situations.
Effect on the body: Juniper essential oil is a very effective diuretic and an antiseptic for the genitourinary tract. It also effectively relieves the signs of cellulite, dropsy and swelling. Juniper oil is known for its detoxifying properties and its ability to remove toxins, especially after abuse of fatty food and alcohol. Juniper berry oil removes mucus from the intestines and has an effect in haemorrhoids. In general it has a beneficial effect on the digestive system: it normalises appetite and helps sufferers from obesity. It is a tonic for the liver.
